Our name describes a method. Shadow is what got pushed out of view—in a person, and in a culture that taught us some parts are worth more than others. The work is bringing it back.

We do that through the body, which registered all of it before there were words; the mind, which built the story we have been living inside; and the soul, our word for what connects us to ourselves, to each other, to our ancestry, and to the collective experience of being alive. That order honors an arc of existence and fulfillment, rather than how a session unfolds.
