Join Shadowlight co-founders Corinne Cappelletti and Jason Maas for a free month of guided meditation. Each week you'll receive two meditations—one from each of us—exploring a shared theme from our own distinct perspectives and styles. There will be live sessions to practice together, and a daily invitation to meditate throughout the month of May.

What to expect: Two meditations each week—one from Corinne, one from Jason—released every Sunday evening.

Live kick-off with Corinne on May 1 at 7am EDT, and with Jason at noon EDT—attend one or both. Live closing session May 28–29 to integrate the month. All recorded live sessions will be shared. A daily invitation to meditate, however briefly, every day in May.
