Sensate in the City

This is an 8 week process group for highly sensitive young adult women (ages 20 - 29) where participants have the space to share what’s on their heart, mind, and body about the common challenges and pressures that come with being a woman in your 20s. Sessions begin with a brief embodied or somatic movement flow to ease into the session. This space will emphasize open, honest, and flowing dialogue within a supportive container. Weekly sessions will be held in person in NYC and / or remotely depending on interest and availability.

Are you a woman in your 20s living in NYC who feels overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from your body, or craving connections that feel meaningful? Do you find you are burning out from holding space for others in your life without reciprocity? Are things like social media, relationships, beauty standards, or identity exploration leaving you in a frequent state of existential questioning? Sensate in the City is a space that can offer some support.

This group is great for young adult women who identify as healers, caregivers, HSPs, or creatives that are seeking a therapeutic experience beyond just individual support and who tend to view life from a body-mind-soul perspective.
